4.沼氣脫硫的辦法常用的有:生物脫硫、干法脫硫或濕法脫硫及其他脫硫辦法。

當沼氣從厭氧發酵裝置中產生時,特別是在中高溫下發酵時,它攜帶很多的硫化氫。因為沼氣中仍有很多水蒸氣,水和沼氣中的硫化氫共同作用,加速了金屬管道、閥門、流量計的腐蝕和阻塞。此外,硫化氫焚燒后產生的二氧化硫與焚燒產品中的水蒸氣結合形成亞硫酸,對設備的金屬表面形成腐蝕,還污染大氣環境,影響人體健康。因而,在運用沼氣之前,必須除掉其中的硫化氫。
When biogas is produced from anaerobic fermentation equipment, especially during fermentation at medium and high temperatures, it carries a lot of hydrogen sulfide. Because there is still a lot of water vapor in biogas, the combined action of water and hydrogen sulfide in biogas accelerates the corrosion and blockage of metal pipelines, valves, and flow meters. In addition, the sulfur dioxide generated after hydrogen sulfide incineration combines with the water vapor in the incineration product to form sulfite, which corrodes the metal surface of the equipment and pollutes the atmospheric environment, affecting human health. Therefore, before using biogas, hydrogen sulfide must be removed from it.
