制約生物質發電發展的主要因素

1. 是燃料的成本。生物質發電的燃料成本較高,約占發電總成本的三分之二。根據補貼后0.75元的上網電價,燃料采購價格的盈虧平衡點在300元/噸左右,燃料采購價格受市場變化影響較大,容易造成生物質發電企業的虧損。

3. Technology research and development.
